For information of Tips:

• The safety box in guest room will be available from 12th -18th floor
• The safety is available at Front Office (FOC).
• Baby cot is available on request (FOC).
• Cable TV is more than 94 channels.
• Iron board is available on request (FOC).
• Swimming pool is open from 08.00-19.30 hrs.
• Spa opens from 08.00-22.00 hrs.
• Lobby bar open from 10.00-23.00 hrs.
• Pool bar open from 10.00-19.00 hrs.
• Welcome drink upon arrival at Lobby Bar.
• Room service from 06.00-24.00 hrs.
• 24 hours Security.

Laundry service:

• Regular: Garments received before 10.00 hrs. will be returned on the following day in the afternoon.
• Express: Garments received after 10.00 hrs. will be returned ion the following day in the afternoon with 50% surcharge.
• Urgent : Garments received before 10.30 hrs. and need to be returned by 20.00 hrs. will be 100% surcharge.
